Well, it’s that time of year again… Time for fresh produce and healthy eating! Now that the ski season in Snowmass Village is coming to a close, I can’t even describe how excited I am to get out on the bike and running paths!
My recipe for the guacamole is:
1/2 red onion (our grocery store only had white onions)
2 tbs of cilantro
Dash of salt and pepper
Sprinkle of chili powder and paprika
*To add more spice, I absolutely love to chop some fresh jalapeno*
Easy, fresh, and tasty.
