Running in a Blizzard

Today after work I went for a 45 minute slow jog in the snow. I even managed to do 8x20sec intervals. I came back to my apartment and lifted weights and did some abs. I feel GREAT! I’m working on not drinking ANY alcohol for a month. I am on day 4, so not very far but it’s a good start! 🙂
